Chris Boyd and John Plumtree have named their Hurricanes side to face the Sharks at Kings Park on Saturday afternoon, keeping faith in the vast majority of the starting side that dismantled the Lions at Ellis Park last weekend.
James Marshall comes in to start at 15, replacing Jason Woodward in the only change to the run-on team this week. Danger-men TJ Perenara, Beauden Barrett and Julian Savea all takes their places in the back line as expected, but it’s strong and pacey number 13 Matt Proctor that the Durbanites should keep a particularly careful eye on, if the Lions performance is anything to go on.
Changes on the bench see Ben May and Mark Abbott come in for Loni Uhila and Callum Gibbins respectively. Woodward will play in the number 23 jersey in the final change to the substitutes.
Hurricanes: 15. James Marshall, 14. Cory Jane, 13. Matt Proctor, 12. Vince Aso, 11. Julian Savea, 10. Beauden Barrett, 9. TJ Perenara, 8. Victor Vito, 7. Ardie Savea, 6. Brad Shields, 5. Michael Fatialofa, 4. Vaea Fifita, 3. Jeffery Toomaga-Allen, 2. Dane Coles (Captain), 1. Reg Goodes
Replacements: 16. Motu Matu’u, 17. Chris Eves, 18. Ben May, 19. Mark Abbott, 20. Blade Thomson, 21. Jamison Gibson-Park, 22. Willis Halaholo, 23. Jason Woodward

Good side on paper that! Speed and power throughout
Going to be a very tough game!!! Good luck Sharks!!!
There is some serious danger men in that side, 14, 11, 10, 9, 8, 2 all top shelf players. Our loosies will have to be sharp this weekend.
@Hulk (Comment 3) : that’s why rain might just help the Sharks.
@JD (Comment 4) : I would tend to agree but I remember thinking the rain in the 2012 final would play to our advantage, in short it didn’t. I imagine a nice humid afternoon may be better as their slick hands may be to slick.
@Hulk (Comment 5) : ja seemingly they did not need any help! Great victory!
