According to an article on SuperSport this morning, Kyle Cooper will also leave the Sharks at the end of the current Super Rugby season.
Cooper is said to be joining the Newcastle Falcons in the UK.
We await confirmation from the Sharks on this (and other) departure(s).

bye
Going to only have beast, Lambie, April and the Du preez twins next year. We’ll still beat the Kings!
Make him CEO when he comes back. Dis mos wat julle doen.
After Brexit, planning your Shexit to any of the British teams might not be as smart as previously thought…R19.91 to the pound, it’s been a fair few months since it’s been that low. šÆ
Clearly 3rd choice since Chilliboy was given a contract so makes sense for him to cash in now.
@SheldonK (Comment 5) : He did himself no favours – had the opportunity to be first choice.
@FireTheLooser (Comment 4) : Kyle had better get in there while he can. Spouse has a German passport, so he’s not going to be welcome here forever.
@robdylan (Comment 7) : š š
@robdylan (Comment 7) : Maybe the Scots will be successful in their application (read: plea) to remain as part of Europe, then he won’t have to move quite so far when he’s kicked out.
I wonder if Northern Ireland is quite so happy to be part of Britain these days? š
@robdylan (Comment 7) : He still has at least two years from September, and it seems even the Brexiteers will then still delay invoking Article 50 for as long as possible.
Sad end to his Sharks career if true. Once really pushed Bismark for a spot, but hasn’t looked the same for the last 2 seasons now.
@robdylan (Comment 7) : From what I understand its very difficult to be there even if your spouse has a UK passport.
@Uli Boelie (Comment 12) : no, shouldn’t be. No changes to any of those rules. Of course, there is a minority of low-class wanktards running around shouting horrible stuff at anyone they think is foreign, but we’ll sort them out soon enough.
@robdylan (Comment 13) : I’m forever blowing bubbles / Pretty bubbles in the air / They fly so high / They reach the sky / And like my dreams they fade and die / Fortune’s always hiding, I’ve looked everywhere / I’m forever blowing bubbles, pretty bubbles in the air. / United! United
@Henkb (Comment 14) : I don’t get it š
@robdylan (Comment 15) : Green street hooligans, the song Peter was singing when they went to go beat up the club from mill wall, since you want to sort out the guys in the street, thought this might be great motivation
@robdylan (Comment 7) : hahaha ja just hope he makes it before the borders close! š
@Henkb (Comment 14) : GLORY GLORY MAN UNITED!!!
@FireTheLooser (Comment 4) : geez really that low? If it carris on like this maybe by the time they exit for real we can buy 10 cups of coffee for our boss @robdylan (Comment 13) : !!! š
The UK and the USA are having a contest on who can fuck themselves over the most
The UK is in the lead but the USA has trump card.
@fyndraai (Comment 20) : The U.S have a choice between the crazy nut vs. the devil…either way, I’m glad I’m not a yank. š
@robdylan (Comment 13) : @JD (Comment 17) : @fyndraai (Comment 20) : @FireTheLooser (Comment 21) : NO POLITICS!! š š
@West Indies Cricket Board (Comment 22) : š š š š
@West Indies Cricket Board (Comment 22) : what me?!?! I was talking about coffee!!! š
@Henkb (Comment 14) : @JD (Comment 18) : @robdylan (Comment 15) : Westham , thats the Hammers’ song.
/@Quintin (Comment 25) : No thats Iām forever blowing Bubbles/Bubbles is the boy next door.
@The hound (Comment 26) : Oh, I know they play it before West Ham’s matches though, with bubble machines, blowing bubbles
@West Indies Cricket Board (Comment 22) : ja, you are right. Sorry. Broke my own rule
@Quintin (Comment 25) : I know but I support Man United so will shout “GLORY GLORY MAN UNITED!!!” at almost every soccer reference made!!! š
@The hound (Comment 26) : hahaha nice one!!!
Tell me, how long until the French and British recruit straight from craven week and every other school festival SA runs? I read Montpellier invited a young SA boy to their academy
@Surprise Attack (Comment 31) : Springbok rugby has a similar aura to All Black rugby. If we can keep it alive, all our rugby stays
alive
I see Brendan Venter hasn’t been perturbed by the weakening Ā£…appointed as technical director of London Irish.
@JD (Comment 29) : Premier League ought to be very interesting next season with all of Mourinho, Guardiola, Klopp, Conte and Wenger all in the same tournament.
@Quintin (Comment 34) : must say I’m sad van Gaal did not do better as I liked him! I’m not a huge Mourinho fan as for me he’s a bit of a “hired assassin” (not sticking to a spot for to long)! But I must admit most of the times he does get results! Fun times ahead indeed!
