Thomas du Toit will be available for selection against the Lions this weekend. Andre Esterhuyzen has however not been released – most likely due to De Allende’s crying off injured against the All Blacks.

Using Sevens to upskill our players
I was reading an article recently about teenagers coming through the New Zealand 7’s programme and it made me think about the lack of skills in our players. […]
Boks need to turn things around
After the upset in Argentina over the weekend, it’s clear to see that the Boks have to turn things around…and in a hurry! Our team lacks balance in the loose trio, our defence is suspect and the backs lack creativity. […]

Rassie has selected the bulk of the squad from the English tests, plus a couple new and old faces:

Schalk Brits will be new on the bench along with Papier.

June Internationals: Springboks v England
It’s been a funny couple of weeks for Springbok supporters, first we had to endure THAT Wales game and negativity that followed that. That feeling was worsened by the first 20 minutes of rugby last week, and then suddenly this euphoria of beating England in the first test. So what awaits us this weekend? […]

The Boks beat England 42 – 39 after trailing 24 – 3 after the first 20 minutes, a comeback that will put a smile on every single Springbok supporter out there. […]
June Internationals: South Africa v England
The first true test for new coach Rassie Erasmus, a full squad of the best players available to him and no excuses about travel or fatigue. It’s the first of three opportunities to get further insight into the workings of the new regime. Let’s hope it’s a positive start. […]
3 debutants in Bok starting line-up
Coach Rassie Erasmus has named his team to face England in the first of three Test matches at Ellis Park this weekend, with two uncapped wings and an uncapped lock in the starting line-up. […]
